What are Chair Covers? Do you set up the chair covers for us? Yes, we usually set up either the night before or the morning of the event giving you peace of mind. We will collect the items the day after your event. Is there a set up fee? No, as part of our service we liaise with your venue organiser's and arrange a suitable time to set up for no extra cost. What areas do your cover? Bow-Belles are based in Caistor Lincolnshire and we cover the following areas: How do I know the chair covers will fit my venue? We have three different chair cover sizes, if we have not visited your venue before then we will liaise with the venue organiser to check that our chair covers fit. Do you have availability for my day? Please contact us and we will check that we have availability to supply and set up chair covers, to secure your date we ask that you provide us with a 20% deposit. What products do you offer? Chair Covers Our chair covers are a thick non-see through white poly cotton (available in three sizes), Ivory and Black Chair Covers are also available, we also have matching linen for these colours. Sashes Luxury Taffeta Sashes Chair Drapes Want something different, our drapes are stylish and wrap around the chairs giving a wonderful and unique look Topiary Trees We dress these with fairy lights and a bow of your choice Napkins and Table Cloths Matched to your theme, and in various styles Candelabra Two sizes 3 ft for top tables and 2 ft for guest tables What colours are available? We have a wide range of colours available to suite any theme or style, you can alternatively send us a sample and we can match to your colour scheme In our Organza Range: In our Taffeta Range: You do not have my colour? We endeavor to cater for your event, and we do have a wide range and our stock is continuously increasing however if we do not have your colour you can send us a fabric colour sample and we will do our best to try and source this colour for you. Do you charge VAT? No What if my number of guests change? We are flexible and are aware that numbers do change, we ask that you contact us a month prior to your wedding with your final numbers, as long as numbers do not increase drastically we can cater for these changes. Once we have your final figures we will invoice you with the final amount due. What are your terms and Conditions?
